 Tip no1 for catering a party at home: Plan your party thoroughly and well in advance. Know what menu will suit the demographics of your guests, the weather and the type of party result you are wanting to achieve. Eg don’t do a sit down dinner if you want guests to mingle or dance. Make sure when planning the menu you are aware of all the dietry requirements.
