We purchase the very best ingredients… and then blend them with skill and imagination to create unusual, stylish, mouth watering menus that entice the senses and please the palate. Our team of chefs has a variety of skills and culinary experience, not to mention creative flair and flexibility. We relish the challenge of a spectacular formal banquet, as well as a relaxed dinner for 8; and we love to create fabulous food - whether it’s a Moroccan Feast, a superb wedding dinner… or a good old South African Braai.
