We would just like to say that you and your team were incredible! Every staff member worked tirelessly with a smile on their faces from the first second they arrived until the last guest left. We have received umpteen comments from guests that have specifically pointed out how brilliant each and every staff member was, their service, their smiles, their attitudes, no one could fault a thing. To have had such impeccable service in the middle of nowhere blew everyone away! In many instances they went over and above what was expected and as bride and groom, we were doted on specifically! So thank you. By Word of Mouth team clearly has a brilliant culture and we feel so honoured to have been able to work with you both leading up to and on our big day. Thank you to each and every employee that contributed to making it all so memorable! You really did give us our dream wedding in every sense of the word and we are so grateful!

I have said thank you, and I’m still saying thank you. You managed to pull off the event of a lifetime for most of my guests. Being away from home and working away from your loved ones sometimes makes you question your motives and if it was all worth it, but you and your team made it a life worth living, and a memory worth having.

Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort with the creation of the most divine food and experience at the 2018 Absa Champagne Festival. The feedback received from all was that this was the best one in the 17 years of this event taking place. The compilation of menu was the winning recipe, your attention to detail and your staff are to be commended for their outstanding, friendly and attentive service. I hope you have had a change to rest a bit after the weekend. I would like to thank each one of you with all of your team members for all of your dedication, hard work and long hours. Wow, what an event last night. Thank you all so much. Your team really did do you proud. Your coordinator's professionalism and calm demeanor is just super to work with. I really appreciate all the hard work behind the scenes although everyone made it look effortless. I have had incredible feedback, the main theme being that not only did the cakes look special, they tasted incredible. We have a few people STILL taking pictures of the ones left over from last night! BWOM lifted our event to another level – just superb! Thank you all for a very successful event.

The menu...It was amazing to see Hennessy's President and CEO, Mr. Bernard Peillon's face when the waiters opened the Tasting Experience Box!! Well done Jeanel, this is definitely a feather in your cap! You executed a very difficult French menu perfectly! One comment was that the Salmon was better than in Russia. I was so happy to see that the execution for 150 guests looked the same as for 1 with the final menu tasting! Thank you for your patience through 6 menu tastings!! Wow! – All I can say is a HUGE thank you for all the efforts you put into making our Land Rover Africa Cup 2015 such a great success – It was almost faultless! ...And coming from me that is extremely high praise! But hey that is what you get from a great partnership! All our clients were very happy from the get go till the last person stumbled out of here last night!
